Workshop and store, said to have been used as dwelling. Probably C18, in at least 2 builds; altered. Roughly-coursed sandstone rubble with quoins, on a boulder plinth; stone slate roof. Rectangular plan on north-south axis. 2 storeys. The east side has a doorway in the centre, a former 2-light flush-mullioned window to the left at ground floor (now a casement with glazing bars), and an added bay to the right which has a segmental-headed wagon doorway next to the junction, with rubble voussoirs, and at its gable end a flight of external steps to a loft doorway. The south gable of the main range has 2 square windows at 1st-floor level (a sliding sash to the left and a 12-pane fixed window to the right) and a little wooden-shuttered window between these. Ridge chimney. INTERIOR not inspected. Forms group with Spice Gill Farmhouse (qv).
