Description
Gaisgill Farm consists of a large house and an adjoining outbuilding, likely remodeled in the 18th century from a 17th-century structure. The outbuilding is a later addition that shares the same roof. The building is constructed of wet-dashed rubble and has a graduated slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features a symmetrical three-bay design. The house has a part-glazed door leading to a gabled central porch, with a window on either side on each floor. The ground and first-floor windows are sashes with glazing bars. There is a drip course above the ground floor openings and a stone chimney at one end. The front elevation of the outbuildings does not display any notable features.
