Description

The garden wall, railings, and gate to Town Head House were likely built around 1793, at the same time as the house. The wall is low and made of coursed squared rubble, featuring chamfered copings and topped with railings. It stands approximately 2 feet high and includes ornate wrought-iron panels that are separated by cast-iron balusters, each topped with urn finials. The gate piers are made of ashlar and are square in shape, topped with ball finials and pyramidal caps.
