Description
Brograve Mill is an early 19th-century draining pump located in Sea Palling, Waxham. It features a three-storey tapering brick tower with a doorway and windows positioned at intervals. The mill retains its curb track and includes two patent stocks along with the remains of sails, a fan cradle, striking gear, and a chain wheel. Inside, there is an octagonal windshaft, a brakewheel, and other machinery leading down to the remnants of an internal turbine. The spider gear and cross are also intact.
