Originally included as House adjoining Myrtle Cottage to the north. Early C19 front to a probably older building. Two storeys. Three windows. Red brick. Modillion eaves cornice. Hipped tiled roof. Glazing bars intact. Doorway with pilasters, flat hood on brackets, rectangular fanlight and door of six fielded panels.
