Description

Rowans is a building located on East Street in Petworth, originally included as a house adjoining Myrtle Cottage to the north. It features an early 19th-century front that likely covers an older structure. The building is two storeys high and has three windows. It is constructed of red brick and has a modillion eaves cornice along with a hipped tiled roof. The glazing bars are intact.
