Description

The Covert is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It features a timber-framed structure with plaster infilling and curved braces, while the ground floor is covered in stucco. The roof is tiled. The first floor has small oriel windows that project on four brackets, with casements that contain small square panes. There are modern shop windows on the ground floor. The building has two storeys and an attic, with two windows and two dormers.
