Description

No. 69 North Street is a house built in the late 18th century. It features grey headers with red brick quoins and dressings, topped by a plain tiled roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, with a single window front. The windows are tripartite sashes set in a segmental bow that rises up through the eaves, which are finished as a parapet. The first and second floor windows have tile-hung aprons. To the right, there is a recessed entrance that includes a panelled door and a fanlight, framed by panelled reveals and a Doric pilastered surround topped with an open triangular pediment.
