Description

The Selborne Arms is a public house dating from the 18th century and modified in the mid-19th century. It features plain walls, a first-floor band, and a plinth. The symmetrical front faces northeast and consists of two storeys and an attic with three windows. The roof is half hipped and tiled, with a catslide at the rear. The windows are casements, and there is a six-panelled door in a plain frame topped with a cornice. To the south side, there is a single-storeyed range that was formerly stables, which extends forward of the main building. This range has brick walls and a pantile roof, while behind it lies an older range made of malmstone and tiles.
