Description
Fig Tree Cottage is a Grade II listed building located in Blendworth, Horndean. Originally two cottages, it dates back to the 17th century and features a timber frame with some minor 20th-century additions. The building has an exposed frame with plaster and painted brick infill, along with a small boarded section and a tile-hung gable on the south side. The roof is thatched, hipped at the north end and half-hipped at the south end. It is two storeys high with irregular window arrangements, featuring casement windows. The doors are boarded and set in plain frames, and there are half-glazed conservatories at the rear.
