Description
Content, Stencott, The Cottage, and The Village is a terrace of small cottages dating from the late 18th century. The upper walls are tile hung with scalloped bands, while the lower sections are constructed of brickwork in a mixed Flemish bond, featuring cambered arches above the openings and a plinth. The end walls are built in English bond, and the rear is in Flemish bond with blue headers. The roof is tiled and hipped at the ends, with four hips at the rear, and includes one Victorian gabled half-dormer on Content. The west front has two storeys and is symmetrical with four windows, which are leaded casements, along with four plain doorways. This building is included for its group value.
