Description

This is an early 19th-century cottage located on Park Lane in Kings Worthy. It is built of colourwashed flint with brick dressings and has a thatched roof. The cottage is two stories high and has three bays. A 20th-century gabled timbered porch with planked double doors sits centrally, leading to the front door. To either side of the porch are two-light camber-headed casement windows, and above them are three two-light casements. Brick stacks are positioned at the ends of the cottage. A single-story addition, tiled in the 19th century, extends from the right-hand side.
