Description

Granary Cottage is a small house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick with a plain roof. The original building is two storeys and three bays wide, with a 20th-century range added to the rear. A central, single-storey porch with a kneelered gable and a hood mould above the 19th-century planked door was added in the 19th century. Above the porch is an 18th-century 16-pane flush frame segmental-headed sash window. Four similar two-pane sashes are also present. The building has end stacks.
