Description

Iron Gates Cottage is a house that was formerly two cottages. It dates back to the 17th century and is primarily timber-framed, with some thin timber framing visible at the rear. The front was re-faced in the 18th century with uncoursed stone rubble, accented by red brick dressings and quoins. The cottage has a tiled roof and features casement windows. It is two storeys high and has two windows.
