Description

Lutine Cottage is a house, originally two cottages, dating from the 17th century or earlier. It has a timber frame on a stone base, with plaster and red brick infilling, and curved braces. An 18th-century wing was added to the south east, constructed in stone with red brick dressings, quoins, and a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is tiled. Casement windows are present, and a projecting window on the east front sits on a stepped stone base that was formerly part of a chimney breast. The cottage is two storeys high with three windows.
