Description
These are a pair of houses dating from around the 1840s, with alterations made in the 20th century. They are located on the north side of East Street in Hambledon. The roof is low-pitched and covered in slate.
The south front is symmetrical, with two windows on each floor. The windows are sash windows in exposed frames. Number 3 has a porch featuring a thin Greek Doric design with square reeded pilasters and circular columns, sheltering a six-panel door with two glazed upper panels. Number 4 has a six-panel door with two glazed upper panels, set within a reeded architrave.
