Description

This is an early 18th-century house of two storeys and three windows, located on Dragon Street. The roof is steeply pitched and tiled, continuous with the adjacent building at number 11 to the right, and hipped on the left-hand side. The eaves have a moulded and modillioned cornice, also continuous with number 11. The front of the house is brick. There are three recessed sash windows on the first floor, with glazing bars, the leftmost window being larger. On the ground floor, the remains of mid-19th century shop fronts have been converted into a garage and offices, featuring new doors and plate glass. A modern, two-storey extension is present on the left-hand side.
