Description
38 Dragon Street is a 17th-century cottage that was re-fronted in the 18th century and subsequently plastered. It is a two-storey, two-window building. The roof is hipped and tiled, with a gentle slope at the back. A rendered plinth runs along the front, and a band is present at the first floor level. A canted oriel bay window is situated on the first floor to the left, featuring three sash windows. The ground floor has a plain sash window to the right and an early 20th-century shop front to the left. A canted bay window with sash windows containing glazing bars is visible on the ground floor to the right.
