Description
Ludwell Mill Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on the west side of Pilsbury Road in the parish of Hartington Town Quarter. The building is constructed of rendered stone with painted stone dressings and quoins, topped with a stone slate roof and featuring stone gable end stacks. It is two storeys high and has an L-shaped plan with two bays.
The south elevation showcases a central reeded doorcase that includes corner blocks and a keystone, adorned with flower motifs. Above the doorcase is a moulded cornice. The entrance features a thin rectangular fanlight and a panelled door. On either side of the door, there are glazing bar sashes set in plain surrounds, with two similar sashes located above on the upper floor.
