Description

Dale House is an early 19th-century house constructed from coursed squared limestone with gritstone dressings and quoins. It features a plain tile roof and stone gable end stacks with plain cornices. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The central entrance has a semi-circular headed doorcase with a moulded architrave, a plain projecting keystone, and stepped imposts. The door is raised and fielded panelled, with a traceried fanlight above. On either side of the entrance, there are glazing bar sashes in flush surrounds, with three similar sashes located above. This building is included for its group value only.
