Description
Hall Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in 1761, with minor alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed from coursed rubble gritstone, with some areas rendered, and features gritstone quoins and dressings. The roof is partly covered with stone slate and partly with concrete tiles, and it has stone gable end stacks and a stone ridge stack. The building has three bays and two storeys.
The entrance features an off-centre flush doorcase with a lintel inscribed 'PGS 1761' within an incised shield, and it has a 20th-century plank door. To the south, there is a 2-light flush mullion window, and to the north, there is a similar single light window, along with two 2-light flush mullion windows further along. On the upper floor, there are three similar 2-light windows. All the windows have been replaced with 20th-century single pane casements.
