On the east side, there is a flush quoined doorcase with a lintel inscribed 'MTT 1754' and a flat hood above. The west side has two 2-light flush mullion windows with 18th-century casements. Further along, there is an inserted plank door and a 19th-century addition that includes another door and window. Above, from the east, there is a 2-light flush mullion window and a 3-light recessed and chamfered mullion window. Inside, the cottage features plank doors and one stone fireplace with a moulded hood.
