Description

The Cottage Studio is a former pair of cottages that have been converted into a studio. It dates from the early 19th century and was converted in the late 20th century. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a clay tile roof with coped verges on kneelers and a central coursed rubble ridge stack. It is two storeys high and has asymmetrical fenestration, with one ground floor window to the right that has a straight dripstone, and two first floor windows to the right. There is also a 20th-century window in the gable end, and all the windows are casements. The doors on the left and right are board doors. The building is included for its group value.
