Description

Sunnyside is a house that is part of a range of three dwellings, built in the early 19th century. It features coursed limestone rubble and a clay tile roof with coped verges on kneelers, along with an ashlar end stack on the left side. The building has two storeys and an attic, with two windows that have two-light glazing bar casements. The left window is framed with chisel dressed ashlar surrounds. There is a recessed central glazed door, also with an ashlar surround and a flat hood above it. Sunnyside forms a group with Riverdales, The Heritage, and Rest Cottage.
