Description

Sycamore Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated "1619 T.2." with 19th-century alterations. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and features a clay tile roof. The building has integral hammer-dressed ashlar stacks at each gable end and to the right of the center. It stands two storeys high and has four windows, which are irregular and small to the right of the center, featuring 19th-century glazing bar casements. To the left, there is a two-light ground floor window that retains its 17th-century chamfered mullion and straight dripstone. Additionally, there is a glazed door to the left of the center with a cambered lintel, and 19th-century corbels support the gutter.
