Description
The Congregational Chapel, built around 1870, is constructed of coursed squared limestone with gritstone dressings and features a Welsh slate roof. The south elevation includes a central bay that serves as both a porch and a belfry, with a deeply chamfered round-arched doorway framed by rock-faced quoins. The doors are heavily recessed, and above the doorway is a circular sounding hole, also chamfered and set within rock-faced quoins. A gabled ashlar bellcote is present, with narrow arrow slit windows with circular heads on either side. The west and east elevations each have three round-arched windows that are deeply chamfered.
