Description

Longnor Bridge over the River Manifold, located in Heathylee Civil Parish, is an early 19th-century road bridge made of ashlar. It features a single shallow arch with concave approach abutments leading to the piers. A rounded string runs over a cavetto moulding set at the level of the carriageway, which is slightly cambered. The bridge also includes parapets and copings along its length.
