Description

Windy Arbour Bridge is a road bridge located over the River Manifold in Heathylee civil parish. It was built in the early 19th century and is constructed of ashlar stone. The bridge features a single shallow arch with concave approach abutments leading to the piers. There is a rounded string course that runs along the entire length of the bridge at carriageway level, along with horizontal parapets and copings on either side of the carriageway.
