Description
West Bank House is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed stone and features a blue machine tile roof with verge parapets and stone stacks at both ends and the center. The building is two stories tall and has a four-window front. It includes a plinth and raised chamfered quoins. The windows are glazing bar sashes with raised stone surrounds and a cornice at the ground floor. The entrance is located to the left of center and is framed by a pilastered surround, a decorated frieze and cornice, a diagonal bar overlight, and a four-panel door, which is accessed by entrance steps.
