Description

Stocks at West Uppertown Farmhouse date from the 17th century and were restored in 1951. They are constructed from gritstone and wood. The structure features a pair of short, flat-topped thin piers with long thin slots in the center. Between these piers are two wooden planks that have holes for limbs, which are secured together by an iron bar.
