Description
The Druid Inn is a public house dating from the late 18th century, with some minor alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed squared gritstone, featuring gritstone dressings and quoins. The building has a slate roof with a stone ridge and stone gable end stacks, and the gables are stone coped with plain kneelers.
The inn is two storeys high and has three bays. A large 20th-century stone porch with a glazed door covers the original doorcase. On the east side, there is a 2-light flush mullion window, while the west side has two similar windows. Above, there are three more windows of the same design. All the windows are 20th-century small pane, top hung casements, and they are fitted with 20th-century shutters.
