Description

This is an 18th-century outbuilding located to the southwest of the Chapel in Winster. It is constructed from rubble limestone with gritstone dressings and features coped gables and a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and three bays, with two doorways that have quoined surrounds and plain planked doors, one of which is suitable for stabling. At the south end, there is a doorway on the first floor accessed by stone steps, also with a plain planked door. There are two first-floor openings, one fitted with a glazing bar sash and the other with a plain shutter. This outbuilding is listed for its group value.
