Description
Churchbank Cottage is a cottage, likely built in the early 18th century, that is attached to Little Chapter. It is constructed of coursed rubble that has been painted white and features a roof made of Kerridge stone-slate with a stone chimney. The cottage has two storeys and two windows. The central entrance consists of a boarded door set beneath a stone lintel with a slightly arched soffit, and it has a 20th-century wooden label above it. To the right of the doorway, there is one window on each storey, each with three lights, slightly projecting square surrounds, square mullions made of painted stone, and diamond leaded glazing. Inside, the lower storey features oak beams.
