Description
Peakshill Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed from rendered rubble limestone with gritstone dressings. It features coped gables, end stone stacks, and a roof covered with Welsh and stone slates. The main range of the building has parallel lower ranges at right angles to the main range at the rear.
The south elevation consists of three storeys and three bays. The end bays have two-light flush mullioned windows, while the central bay has single light openings. The windows are fitted with 19th-century casements. The central doorway has a quoined surround and a flat bracketed hood, with a 20th-century door. The parallel ranges at the rear are fitted with glazing bar sashes.
