Description

The stables located to the south-west of Booth Farmhouse were built in 1837. They are constructed from coursed gritstone rubble, featuring gritstone dressings and quoins. The north elevation has two doorways with flush surrounds, and to the east side of each doorway, there are two flush openings. Above the eastern door, there is a datestone that indicates the year of construction, 1837. These stables are included in the listing for their group value with the adjacent farmhouse.
