Description

Naychurch Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse with 20th-century alterations and additions. It is constructed of rough-faced coursed stone with a low-pitched slate roof and stone end stacks. The original design featured a through-passage. The front of the farmhouse has two storeys and two windows, spaced widely apart and set in casements. A lean-to porch sits between the windows, and a blocked Tudor-arched door head is located at the left end. A further blocked door is at the rear, mirroring the front. The south gable end has been built up upon a plinth constructed of large-scale masonry, and it features a pair of blocked three-light chamfered mullion windows.
