Formerly cottage, converted to stable and carriage house in C19 and now used as garage and garden shed. Early-mid C18. Dressed stone. Pantiled and stone slate roof.

Single storey. Boarded and battened double doors to left, boarded door in centre and 6-pane casement to right.

Steeply-pitched roof edged in stone slates. Reverse-stepped gables and square ridge stack.
