Description

Rose Tree Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century, with later alterations. It is constructed of coursed sandstone and features a pantile roof with a brick chimney stack. The building is two stories high and has a two-window front. The door, located left of center, consists of four recessed panels. To the right of the door is a four-pane sash window with a painted stone sill, and there are two similar windows on the first floor. All openings have thin timber lintels. The chimney stack is located at the right end of the building. This cottage is included for its group value.
