Description

Roxby Farm Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of dressed sandstone and features a pantile roof with a brick stack. The cottage is two stories high and has a two-window front. To the right, there is a 20th-century stable door next to a 12-pane sash window with a painted stone sill. On the first floor, there are two similar windows with painted timber lintels. The ground floor openings have heavy painted lintels, and there is a stack at the left end of the building.
