Description
The barn and byre located to the north-east of Ferndale Farmhouse likely date from the late 18th century. They are constructed from coursed squared stone and feature pantiled roofs, stone-coped gables, and square kneelers. The structure consists of two storeys and one storey, with Dutch doors and small openings that have fixed glazing bars. At the south-east corner, there is a stone ramp leading to a loading platform.
