Description
Green Hill Farmhouse and the attached barn and byre date from the late 18th century or early 19th century. The building is constructed of coursed squared stone and features a pantiled roof with stone copings and shaped kneelers, along with stone chimney stacks. It is two storeys high and consists of one and three bays. The cottage section on the left has two closely set windows below and a boarded door, with a small window above, indicating that the upstairs may have once served as a granary. The right section includes three windows above and two below, all of which are 20th-century small-paned casements. To the right is a one-storey byre extension, while to the left is a two-storey barn with a small-paned fixed light above and Dutch doors below, along with an additional one-storey extension.
