Farmhouse and cottage, now as one, with attached outbuildings. Late C18 or early C19. Coursed squared stone. Pantiled roof with stone copings and shaped kneelers, stone chimney stacks. Two storeys, one and 3 bays. Cottage section at left has 2 close-set windows below and a boarded door; one small window above, suggesting the upstairs was once a granary. Right part has 3 windows above and 2 below, all C20 small-paned casements. At right a one-storey byre extension; at left a 2-storey barn with small-paned fixed light above and Dutch doors below; and a further one-storey extension.
