Description
Barnby Sleights Farmhouse and the stable to the right are 18th-century buildings that have undergone some alterations. They are constructed of coursed squared stone sitting on a plinth, topped with a pantiled roof featuring stone copings and square kneelers, along with brick chimneys at the ends. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has a two-bay layout. It features 20th-century small-paned casements with projecting cills, and the ground floor has flat arches with cut voussoirs and triple keystones. The left part of the house is set back and includes a top-glazed six-panel door and a rebuilt end chimney. There is also a small loose-box extension to the right.
