Description

A pair of houses dating from the early 19th century, located on School Lane, Osmotherley. They are constructed of ashlar and have a machine tile roof. Each house is two storeys with a single bay. A boarded door with a plain lintel is situated to the left of each house. The right-hand house has 3-light casements. The left-hand house features a 3-light, 6-pane side-sliding sash window on the ground floor and a 3-light, 18-pane side-sliding sash window on the first floor. All windows have stone sills and plain lintels. Stone coping and an end stack are present on the right-hand house. Two ridge stacks are included in the listing due to their group value.
