Description

Eastwood is a house that is part of a terrace but is a separate building, likely constructed in the mid to late 18th century. It is made of coursed herringbone-tooled sandstone with pecked dressings and features a pantiled roof. The house has two storeys and an attic, with two windows on the front. To the right, there is a top-glazed six-panel door that is sheltered by a very small gabled hood. The windows are twelve-pane sashes with cills, and there is a small window that has been inserted high in the left side of the ground floor. The eaves are coved, and there is a dormer with rendered cheeks and a six-pane sash. The right end of the building has coping and a kneeler.
