Detached house. Early C17, additions of late C17 and 1920s. Flemish bond brick, tiled roof, brick stacks. 2-storey, 6-window front. 4-panelled door in C19 gabled porch is central to original build, to either side is 20-pane sash, with two 4-pane sashes to left and one 2-light casement to right. First floor has six 2- light casements. Left return has one 2-light casement. Right return has 3-light casement to ground floor and 2-light casement to first floor. Rear has 1920s verandah on wooden posts, French windows to right, 20-pane sash, 2-light casements and planked door in beaded case. First floor has five 2-light casements, external stack. To left is 1920s 2-storey extension. Interior has chamfered beams with ogee stops to late C17 build, now the kitchen; early C17 build, now dining room has chamfered beams with step and runout stops. Early C19 fireplace with reeded surround and paterae in sitting room. C18 planked doors with strap hinges to first floor. This house is now the farmhouse to Earldoms Farm (q.v.)
