Description

The stable at Earldoms Farm is a building from the second half of the 18th century. It features weatherboarding on a timber frame and a corrugated-iron half-hipped roof. The structure is single-storey with a loft. To the right, there is a planked stable door and a planked loft door. Inside, there is an upper floor that was inserted around 1800, with chamfered beams that have run-out stops. The roof consists of three bays, with tie-beams that are braced to jowled main posts and raking struts leading to the collar.
