Description
Yew Cottage is a cottage dating from the 18th century and early 19th century. It is constructed of rendered cob and painted brick, topped with a thatched roof. The building is 1½ storeys high and features two bays, with an additional bay added to each end. A central porch with a hip roof contains a plank door. On either side of the porch, there are two-light casement windows and two-light eyebrow dormers. The left-hand side has a sloping buttress, while the added bays on the right-hand side include two more two-light casements and a buttress at the right end. There is a stack at the right end of the original part and external end stacks, with the roof hipped to the left.
