Description
The farm buildings located northwest of St Leonard's Farmhouse date from the early 19th century. They are constructed from red brick with yellow brick dressings and feature an old plain tile roof. The buildings form a U-shaped range around a courtyard, with a separate structure completing the fourth side. The central part of the U-shaped side includes a two-storey pavilion with an off-centre opening on the ground floor and a two-light window on the first floor, topped with a hipped roof and a hip-roofed cupola. Each side of the U-shaped range consists of single-storey, three-bay sections with stable doors. The other wings have six bays, featuring stable doors, double doors, and some slated windows. The separate building is one and a half storeys tall with five bays, displaying similar openings and loft doors at the ends. Although simple and unadorned, these buildings create a charming group alongside the nearby medieval structures.
