Description

Nos 74 and 75 in Beaulieu Buckler's Hard is a shop with accommodation that dates from the late 18th century and has been altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is constructed of brick and has an old plain tile roof. It is two storeys high with an attic and features two bays, with wings extending to the rear of both bays.

The front of the building shows significant alterations. The left-hand bay has a late 20th-century canted bay shop window, while the right-hand bay has a plank door beneath a flat hood supported by cut brackets, along with a near-central three-light segmental head casement window. On the first floor, there are 20th-century two and three-light casements. The roof features two-light leaded casements set in hipped dormers. The roof is hipped on the left side and connects to a lower roof on the right side. This building is included for its group value.
