LOWESWATER LOW PARK NY 12 SW 13/183 East unnamed house and barn adjoining in group of 3 owned by Rev R.H. Watkins G.V. II Farmhouse and barn. Early C18. Roughcast walls under graduated greenslate roof with roughcast chimney stacks. Barn has slate rubble walls under graduated greenslate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays with right higher long barn. Plank door in plain opening within gabled stone porch with internal side seats. 2-light flat stone-mullioned windows one with 18-paned casement. Right stable door is recessed under external slate steps to granary-hayloft door above. Barn has large central plank doors and blocked loft doorway. Right loft opening with slate shelf over blocked door. Right return wall has projecting drip slates.
