Description
This building consists of a cottage and farm buildings, likely dating from the 18th century. It is constructed from stone rubble and has a slate roof. The layout is irregular, featuring a cottage that is two storeys high with two bays. The cottage is thought to have been a former farm building, which includes a lower two-storey bay and two gabled wings to the left. The cottage windows in the first bay have small-paned glazing with pivoted upper parts, and there is a tall window in an old loading bay. A gable-end stack is present. The bay to the left has a sashed window on the ground floor and small-paned fixed glazing above. There is an entrance to the first bay of the cottage and a recess under re-entrant steps leading to the first-floor entrance of the outbuilding. An entrance is also located in the right-hand gable wing, while the other wing forms part of the cottage and is of no special interest. This building is included for its group value.
